Audit and Hand Off the Workbook
The workbook now has unchanged sources, cleaned evidence, an issue log, a reconciled comparison, and a conditional decision summary. “Looks finished” is not the completion state. The file is ready only when another person can open it, trace decisive numbers, see unresolved issues, and understand what decision has—and has not—been made.
