No. The guided path uses Course-prepared text and recorded AI responses. You do not need iMessage, a workplace connector, or access to anyone else's account.

Can I use a conversation of my own afterward?

Yes. Start with one bounded task or conversation, remove unrelated personal details, and retain the sender, time, reply context, and relevant earlier messages. A latest-message excerpt may omit the agreement being changed.

Does finishing mean the real-world work is complete?

No. You finish with a traceable current record and focused, unsent follow-up questions. People still need to accept work, deliver it, or confirm its status; a clean AI list cannot do that for them.
