Your list now has four task labels: T1 for the visitor-sheet draft, T2 for printing, T3 for collection, and T4 for the entrance-sign draft. That is the Course's standard Tuesday handoff, including its source messages. It says you will send the sheet to Mira by Thursday noon, Theo will print after approval and collect Friday afternoon, and you will send the sign draft by Thursday at 15:00.
