You know some English, but starting a conversation can still feel difficult. A reply may contain an unfamiliar phrase, and a page of corrections may leave you unsure what to practise next. AI can offer a patient practice partner when you give it a small task and a pace you can follow.

You will work through one short exchange about joining a community activity. First, you set the situation, reply length, and feedback timing. Then you ask for a simpler explanation, check suggestions against what you meant, and try the exchange again with one new challenge. The useful result is a conversation opening you can adapt and a way to organize further practice.

The Lessons use a recorded English text exchange and guided choices. You inspect actual AI replies and practise decisions about how to direct the conversation; this is not a live chat or a speaking test. The practice event is prepared for the Course. You remain responsible for what you mean and for asking a real person about real arrangements.

Frequently asked questions

How much English do I need?

You should be able to read simple sentences such as “I would like to join” and “I need to leave at three.” This Course teaches how to use AI for practice, rather than teaching English from the beginning. The Chinese version explains the method in Chinese while keeping the English conversation.

Do I need a microphone or an AI account?

Neither is needed for the guided Lessons. To try your own conversation afterward, use an AI chat tool you can access. The Course uses text and does not assess pronunciation, listening, or fluency.

Can I use a different situation?

Yes. Replace the activity with a short conversation you expect to have, such as asking about a class. Supply the facts you want to express and keep the same practice settings. Begin with one small exchange before adding more difficulty.
