In this course, you use AI to turn one week's mixed records into a concise work summary. You decide what belongs in the request, inspect how related updates have been combined, and check what each result can actually claim. Then you adapt the checked summary for a teammate who needs to continue the work.
The practice follows one small task: improving a shared handover guide and checking its folder's links. These course-prepared materials contain no real personal or company data. The work itself needs no specialist knowledge; the focus is how you direct and check AI.
You leave with a manager update, a teammate handoff, and a way to keep both connected to their sources. You also practise preserving unfinished work and unknown effects without making the summary useless. The first stage organizes evidence; the second turns it into writing and changes its emphasis for a different reader.
No. All notes and messages needed for the guided practice are included. The course uses preset AI responses, so you can learn the method without connecting email, a calendar, or a task tracker.
Yes. Replace the practice packet with records from your reporting period that you are allowed to share. Keep enough dates and source references to check updates, and leave out unrelated personal information. Your reader's needs determine what is relevant.
You can report a completed output, a specific observed use, and what remains unknown. You will practise making that distinction without inventing a percentage or treating a hope as a result. The final artifacts are drafts for human review, not proof of performance or messages sent on your behalf.
