Turn Notes into a Clear Message

Give AI the facts and purpose it needs to draft a clear request.

  2. Adjust Tone Without Changing Facts

Stage 2:Check and continue the conversationStage 2:

  1. Check a Message Before Sending

  2. Reply When Plans Change

You know what you need to say, but the message keeps getting longer. A polished AI rewrite can help—or make you sound unlike yourself and promise something you never agreed to.

In this Course, you will use AI to work through one everyday exchange: ask to adjust a delivery time, make the email sound natural, check it before sending, and respond when the other person proposes a different arrangement. The practice concerns a volunteer activity; you do not need business-writing experience.

You will work from short notes, inspect actual AI drafts, and practise deciding what to include, what to preserve during a rewrite, and what still needs a person's confirmation. You finish with reviewed email drafts and a way to approach your own requests and replies. The same decisions apply to a message to a teacher, a service provider, or a colleague: the example gives you something concrete to check, while the method travels with you.

AI helps organize and rephrase. You remain responsible for the meaning, commitments, recipient, and decision to send.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an AI account or an email connection?

No account or email connection is needed for the preset exercises here. To repeat the method outside the Course, use a text AI you can access and copy the reviewed draft into your usual email or messaging app yourself.

Must I bring a real email?

No. The Course provides all practice notes and replies, without real personal or company data. If you later use your own material, remove details the AI does not need and check what you are allowed to share.

Will the Course send messages for me?

No. The result is a reviewed draft. You still check the recipient and your actual availability, add your usual sign-off, and decide whether to send it.
