Terms of Service

The rules for using AILesson Courses, interactive Lessons, accounts, content, and paid subscriptions.

Last updated: August 4, 2026

1. Agreement and Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and LABEX, LLC, located at 131 Continental Dr, Ste 305, Newark, Delaware 19713-4324, United States (D-U-N-S Number: 144999355). They apply to the AILesson website, Progressive Web App, Courses, interactive Lessons, learning progress, subscriptions, and related features and materials (the “Service”).

By accessing or using AILesson, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use AILesson for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use AILesson. If the law where you live requires parental or guardian consent at a higher age, you may use AILesson only with that consent. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

Account information must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in method and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share access in a way that circumvents plan limits, impersonate another person, or use an identifier that violates another party’s rights.

3. Educational purpose and content quality

AILesson provides educational content and interactive practice. Content may come from the Company, contributors, third parties, open-source communities, or AI-assisted authoring. We review and improve content, but do not guarantee that it is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular result. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying information before relying on it.

AILesson does not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, certification, or other professional advice. Course completion does not guarantee a credential, job, income, or other outcome unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

4. License to use AILesson content

Subject to these Terms and the access available to your account, AILesson grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use Course and Lesson content for your own noncommercial learning.

Unless a separate license expressly allows it, you may not reproduce, modify, translate, sell, rent, sublicense, scrape, systematically extract, publicly display, distribute, create commercial derivative products from, share paid content, or bypass technical or payment controls. Any permitted download is a single personal copy and must retain applicable notices. Content governed by a separate license remains subject to that license.

5. Interactive answers, submissions, and feedback

You retain any rights you have in answers or materials you submit while learning. You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, and display those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service. Learning answers are not public unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise before submission.

You must have the right to submit your materials and must not submit confidential, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content. If you send suggestions or feedback about AILesson, you grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation.

6. Subscriptions, payments, and renewal

Paid plans are billed by Stripe in advance on the monthly or yearly billing cycle selected at checkout. If you schedule a renewal while using gifted access, Checkout shows the gift end date and first charge date; no subscription payment is taken until that date. By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize recurring charges, including applicable taxes, until cancellation. Stripe, rather than AILesson, receives and processes full payment-card details.

Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel it through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from Settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to reduce the risk that the next recurring charge has already started processing. A failed or reversed payment may suspend paid access.

7. Prices, trials, cancellation, and refunds

The plan, price, currency, tax, billing cycle, trial, promotion, and renewal information shown at checkout form part of your purchase and control if they conflict with a general description elsewhere in AILesson. We may change prices for a future billing cycle after providing notice where required, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Cancellation stops future renewals but normally preserves access through the already-paid period and does not create a prorated refund. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law, expressly stated at checkout, or approved by us in our discretion. Any statutory withdrawal, cancellation, or refund right remains unaffected. Additional details appear in the Subscription Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate law; infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; harass, exploit, threaten, or discriminate; distribute malware, spam, or deceptive material; probe, scan, overload, or disrupt systems; gain unauthorized access; automate abusive access or scraping; evade plan, payment, rate, geographic, or security controls; access another user’s account; or interfere with another person’s use of AILesson.

You may not use Service content or output as verified fact where doing so could foreseeably cause harm without appropriate independent review. We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including limiting requests, removing submitted material, or suspending access.

9. Ownership, trademarks, and copyright reports

The Service, including its software, design, branding, features, and original content, is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. AILesson and LabEx names, logos, and trade dress may not be used without prior written permission.

If you believe material on AILesson infringes copyright or another intellectual-property right, email info@labex.io with your signature, contact details, identification of the protected work and challenged material, the relevant URL, and statements that your claim is made in good faith and that you are authorized to act. A knowingly false report may create liability.

10. Third-party services and links

AILesson relies on third-party services such as Clerk, Cloudflare, and Stripe and may link to websites we do not own or control. Third-party services may be governed by separate terms, licenses, and privacy notices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.

11. Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may add, change, discontinue, or temporarily interrupt Service features or content, including for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. We do not guarantee that any particular Course, Lesson, feature, or compatible device will remain available indefinitely.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, create security or legal risk, or materially misuse the Service. You may stop using AILesson at any time and may request account deletion. Termination does not create a refund except where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—remain effective.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AILesson and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” The Company disclaims express and implied warranties, including accuracy, availability, security, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement. You use the Service and rely on content at your own risk. Mandatory consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data; or the cost of substitute services arising from or related to AILesson or these Terms, regardless of the legal theory and even if advised of the possibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, their total aggregate liability will not exceed the lower of US$100 or the Service fees you paid during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Delaware that has jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and forums provided by the law where you live.

15. General terms

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted as closely as permitted to its intended purpose and the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; the Company may assign them as part of a reorganization, merger, or transfer of the Service.

We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. We will post the current version here and revise the date above. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice where required. Continued use after the new Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the Service.
